This is a translation for convenience. The German version of this legal notice is the legally binding one.

Liability for content

The contents of our pages have been created with the greatest care. However, we cannot accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness and topicality of the contents.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate an unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected by this. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement of the law is obtained. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose contents we have no influence. For this reason we cannot accept any liability for these external contents either. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking. Unlawful contents were not recognisable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement of the law. If we become aware of any infringements of the law, we will remove such links immediately.

Copyright

The contents and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Contributions by third parties are marked as such. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
The operators of the pages endeavour to always observe the copyrights of others and to use works created by themselves as well as licence-free works.

Data protection

Insofar as personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. The use of the offers and services is, as far as possible, always possible without providing personal data.

We point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

The use by third parties of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice obligation (Impressumspflicht) for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example by spam e-mails.

Google Analytics

Use of Google Analytics Our homepage uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies (small text files) which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this homepage (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information in order to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the homepage operators and to provide further services connected with website use and internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where this is required by law or where third parties process this data on Google’s behalf. Google will under no circumstances associate your IP address with other data held by Google. You can prevent the installation of the cookies by adjusting the settings of your browser software accordingly; we point out, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. By using our homepage, you consent to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner described above and for the purpose stated above.

Social network plugins

You can visit our site without providing any information about your person. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily during your visit to our website.
Our website also contains programs (plug-ins) of the social network Facebook. These are operated exclusively by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (Facebook). Within our website, the plug-ins are identified by the Facebook logo or by the addition “Like”. When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection with Facebook’s servers, whereby the content of the plug-in is transmitted to your browser and integrated by it into the displayed website. As a result, the information that you have visited our website is forwarded to Facebook. If you are logged in to your personal Facebook user account while visiting our website, Facebook can assign the visit to the website to this account. By interacting with plug-ins, e.g. by clicking the “Like” button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly to Facebook and stored there. If you wish to prevent such a data transmission, you must log out of your Facebook account before visiting our website.

For the purpose and scope of the data collection by Facebook as well as the further processing and use of your data there, and likewise for your related rights and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s data protection notices (http://de-de.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.php).

If you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data, or regarding information about, correction, blocking or deletion of data, please contact:
